Awakened Properties’ mission keeps the order of priority clear. We flip homes very well while conducting our business the right (and fun) way. We invest in people - our crew, buyers, sellers, neighbors, and beyond - before anything else.

Our Story

Awakened Properties was born in Lancaster County. Dan Zecher bought, renovated, and sold his first property in 2016. Dan continues to own and operate the business today, growing the company to renovating over 100 properties per year. The team has also grown along the way and Dan is now joined by a top-tier management staff and many loyal and skilled craftsman across south central Pennsylvania. Several contractors have been with the AP family since the beginning, as well as the entire Zecher family, including Dan’s parents and siblings.
